Really, a month dedicated to grilled cheese? I do love a good grilled cheese so I'm going to jump into this month (from this point forward) honoring the grilled cheese.
Nutella and Brie grilled cheese
Gruyere, Prosciutto, Arugula and Tomato grilled cheese (Martha always delivers, well almost if you excuse the boxer shorts Easter eggs - one of these days I'll get over it).
Italian Grilled Cheese and Tomato with smoked mozzarella, "yum-o" (yes this is a Rachel Ray recipe)
I'm going to hit the grocery store on my way home from work and get some grilled cheese makin's..
