I am our family's tax accountant and know enough to get our taxes done using Turbo Tax. Typically, our taxes are done in February or March. We turn them in early if we get money back and mail them on April 13th or so if we owe. This year, I have procrastinated like I've never procrastinated before and have just barely started them. In addition to that, I've offered to do another persons taxes.
Tonight, I'm going to dive head first into the file folder of official looking documents, receipts, W2's, etc,. I'm going to put a flotation device on to lessen the chances of drowning in all the paper.
